What is Changerella App?
An aggregator of instant crypto exchangers. It asks around a dozen of them for a quote at the same time and shows how much each will pay out, so you do not have to check them one by one. Swaps go directly between you and the exchanger.
Do I need an account or KYC?
No account is needed — orders are kept in your browser. Whether an exchanger may ask for verification is shown as a rating on every offer, from A (not expected) to D (likely), and you can sort by it.
What is the difference between a floating and a fixed rate?
A floating rate follows the market until your deposit is confirmed, and usually pays out a little more. A fixed rate locks the amount you will receive for the whole swap, at a small premium. The calculator shows both.
Is it safe? Who holds my coins?
Changerella is non-custodial: we never receive or hold your funds. The deposit goes straight to the exchanger you pick and the payout comes from it to your wallet. We compare offers and pass your order to the exchanger.
Does Changerella charge a fee?
Every amount you see is what you will receive: the exchanger's fee and the network fee are already included. There is no separate charge from us on top of the offer.
